Signature Homes Palmerston North and Manawatū is owned by Andrea and Ricky Crutchley who bring a wealth of home construction knowledge to the Manawatū Region and are proud Feilding locals.
Ricky’s building career started over 35-years ago in Manawatū. Together with their team, Andrea, and Ricky, take great pride in being actively involved in their client’s building journey, after all, they do live in a town that has been labelled as ‘Friendly Feilding’.

With over 20 years of experience under her belt in the home design space, saying that Jayne has a passion for what she does is an understatement; she's dedicated her entire career to it.
Jayne originally started her career as a kitchen designer, where she specialised in the design of high-end kitchens for close to 15 years.
Fast track to 2021, Jayne now works as a New Home Consultant – a specialist role designed to help Signature Homes clients find a new home solution that's perfectly in tune with their budget and lifestyle.
Jayne's design experience is a true advantage to her clients as she understands the process and can easily work with architectural designers to ensure great outcomes. Those who have had the pleasure of working with Jayne enjoy her hands-on approach, endless dedication to delivering the best service, and unwavering attention to detail.

Bonnie Wilson is a New Homes Consultant for Signature Homes Palmerston North/Manawatu/Horowhenua.
With a strong background in project management and process improvement, Bonnie will work with you to manage the design and pricing of your home to help bring your dream home to reality.
Having built her own home through Ricky, she understands the process and will be able to help guide you to make this process stress free. Bonnie will keep in touch at all stages until construction commences in earnest.
